What happens after my 30-day trial?
You choose a plan, or your account moves to Free, which keeps 25 people and 25 AI credits per month. We never ask for a card to start. If you subscribe during your trial, your first charge is on the day the trial ends. If you do not subscribe, nothing is charged.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. When you start a new paid plan, monthly or yearly, or your yearly plan renews, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that charge by emailing support@lifelong.network. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time in the web app under Plan & Usage, in a few clicks and without contacting us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can resume it before then. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Please note that changing your plan after December 31, 2026 will forfeit your early-bird pricing.
What happens to my data if I change plans or leave?
Your data belongs to you. On every plan, including Free, you can export everything you have stored at any time, as CSV, JSON or vCard files ready for your CRM, spreadsheet or address book. Changing plans never deletes anything, and if you decide to leave, deleting your account permanently erases your data from our systems. Your data is never a reason to stay.
How long does my early-bird price last?
Subscribe to a paid plan before December 31, 2026, and your early-bird price is guaranteed for as long as you stay subscribed, monthly or yearly. It stays the same for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. Starting a free trial does not lock it in on its own.
When does early-bird pricing end?
On December 31, 2026, or when 10,000 subscribers have joined, whichever comes first. From January 1, 2027, the regular prices for Basic, Pro and Ultimate are $12.99, $19.99 and $24.99 per month billed monthly, or $129.99, $199.99 and $249.99 per year billed yearly. Plus applicable tax.
What are AI credits?
AI features such as structuring a capture, writing a briefing or scanning an event use credits. Event scan and Moments are available on Pro and Ultimate. Your monthly allowance resets each billing cycle, and bonus credits from the Vault never expire.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, the payment platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. You subscribe and manage your plan on the web at app.lifelong.network.
