- Not used to train AI models. LifeLong uses Anthropic’s Claude models to structure captures and write briefings. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, LifeLong customer data is not used to train their models.
- Voice is never stored. Dictation turns your speech into text. LifeLong never receives or keeps the audio, only the text you choose to keep.
- No inbox or social scraping. LifeLong does not read your email or scrape social profiles. Calendar sync with Google or Microsoft is optional and read-only.
- Yours to take with you. You can export everything to CSV, JSON or vCard at any time, and send contacts to Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive.
- Deletion is immediate. Deleting your account in Settings permanently erases your account and content.
