Relationship intelligence for consultants

Be the consultant who remembers everything a client told you.

Lifelong remembers the details that build trust: the reorganization, the KPI, the person you should loop in next. Every engagement becomes part of a network that keeps paying off, client after client.

The problem

The reorganization they mentioned in passing is the reason your renewal is in trouble.

Consulting runs on trust, and trust is built from details: the KPI the board just started caring about, the reorganization that quietly changed who signs off on your renewal, the person you were told to loop in three meetings ago. None of it lives in a proposal deck.

Between engagements, all of it fades. You walk into the next call re-reading old notes instead of already knowing what changed, and the client feels the difference between a consultant who remembers and one who's just billing hours.

Here's what actually staying prepared looks like.

How it works for you

From a quarterly check-in to a renewal that isn't a surprise.

That capture becomes a living profile the moment you save it. Lifelong tracks a contact's role and priorities as they change inside the account, surfaces exactly what you still don't know about them before the next call, and stays exportable to whatever project or billing tool you already run.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is this another CRM I have to keep up with alongside my client work?
No. Lifelong isn't a CRM replacement, it feeds your CRM. One-click export to Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive, or a plain CSV for whatever project or billing tool you already run.
Do you record my client calls?
Never. You capture in your own words right after a call or a check-in. Lifelong does not listen in or record live conversations.
What happens to a client's information after I capture it?
It's stored in Canada and encrypted at rest, with some processing handled by vetted U.S. providers. We hold to PIPEDA and Québec Law 25 standards, and you can export or delete a client's record at any time.
