1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how LifeLong, a product of LifeLong Network Inc., uses cookies and similar technologies on the LifeLong marketing website (lifelong.network) and web application (app.lifelong.network). It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Similar technologies include localStorage and comparable browser storage. They let a site remember your actions and preferences and understand how the site is used.

3. Our approach

We keep cookies to a minimum, and non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) load only after you consent. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand usage, and Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure and improve the ad campaigns that bring people to this site — these set advertising cookies and may be used by Google and Meta for ad personalization and cross-site conversion measurement, under their own privacy policies. If you decline, none of this loads and no advertising cookie is set.

4. Categories we use

a) Strictly necessary. Required for the Services to work — for example signing you in, keeping your session secure, and protecting against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be switched off through our consent banner.

b) Preferences. Remember choices you make, including your cookie-consent decision (stored in your browser as ll-consent) so we don't ask again on every visit.

c) Analytics. To understand how the Services are used so we can improve them, we use Google Analytics (GA4) and PostHog (EU region, product analytics — events and funnels, which does not capture the text you type into forms). Both are loaded only after you consent.

d) Advertising. To run and measure our ad campaigns, we use Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. If you accept, these set advertising cookies used for conversion measurement and may be used by Google and Meta for ad personalization and remarketing (showing you our ads elsewhere) under their own privacy policies — Google's and Meta's. Loaded only after you consent; if you decline or later withdraw consent, we don't load them and clear the advertising cookies below.

EU / UK visitors: non-essential cookies (including analytics and advertising) are set only after you opt in; nothing non-essential loads until you consent.
